Detailed Description
Management of the orders in China according customers' needs and stocks, then, from factory until customers, threw transport, storage, packing. I was also in charge of the Quality (compliance with standards, ...).
For transversal projects, I was in charge of the company's move: I managed the warehouse's creation (purchase / installation, racks, stacker, ...) and its implications (security, fire, insurance, training, ...)
